What are Home Surveys?

A home survey is an assessment of a property which identifies any major issues for a prospective buyer. 

Building Survey

The Building Survey is a level three survey and the most comprehensive. Essential for older and extended properties.

Home Buyer Survey

The Home Buyer Survey is a level two survey and suitable for most properties that are less than 100 years old.

Pre-sale
Home Survey

Sellers can increase the odds of selling their home quickly and for a good price by commissioning a pre-sale home survey.

Routine
Home Survey

Have your home surveyed every 3 to 5 years to identify minor defects that may have developed in to costly repairs in the future.
